DESCRIPTION:
TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing Dextran 70, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium borate and 0.0011% POLYQUADTM (polydronium chloride) preservative.
CLINICAL BENEFITS:
When used as directed, TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops:
Relieves mild to moderate dry eye symptoms.
INDICATIONS (Application):
TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops are used to temporarily relieve the burning sensation and irritation caused by dry eye.
TARGET USERS:
TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops are recommended for those who need temporary relief of burning sensation and irritation caused by dry eye.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS:
Based on all the evidence from clinical studies, published clinical literature and market experience (post-marketing surveillance), TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops are indicated for the temporary relief of burning sensation and irritation caused by dry eye, as intended.
CONTRAINDICATIONS (When not to use):
The use of TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops is contraindicated in case of allergy to the ingredients of TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops should be used throughout the day as needed.
Drip 1 or 2 drops into your eyes and blink.
WARNINGS:
It is important to follow the instructions of your eye care professional and all instructions in the product information leaflet for proper use of this product. If you experience persistent discomfort in your eyes or severe watering, blurred vision or redness of the eyes, stop using TEARS NATURALE II™ MED Lubricating Eye Drops and consult your eye care professional as the condition may worsen.
PRECAUTIONS:
WARNING: Do not use if the protective seal is damaged or missing, or if the cap with opening protection is damaged.
Do not use the product if the packaging or the bottle (sterile packaging) is damaged.
To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper of the bottle to any surface.
Screw the cap back on after use.
Store at 25°C maximum.
Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
Use within the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
The preparation contains sodium borate at a safe level when used as directed.
Pour out any remaining solution six months after opening.
Keep out of the reach of children.
NOT EXPECTED (Possible problems and what to do):
