The branded products we offer are 100% original from the world's major contact lens, optical frames and sunglasses manufacturers. The manufacturers are renowned companies from Western Europe and the USA, with decades of experience and extensive research in this field.

The products are sent in factory-closed packaging with a brochure enclosed. We only supply products that are marketed by manufacturers in several countries around the world, i.e. tried, tested and proven products.

The quality of the products is guaranteed by the manufacturer. We are official resellers of most of the brands sold and offer a 100% money back guarantee for the authenticity of the products.

3. 100% Price guarantee

We try to offer the most affordable prices in Ireland for our products, and constantly update our prices to reflect the possible lowest rates on the market or for our expectations. Should you find the products you would like to buy from us to be cheaper on any Irish website, please contact us for a credit of 100% of the price difference. This guarantee only applies to lenses, solutions, eye drops, frames, sunglasses available on our website which can be bought at a Irish opticians' or website for a price below ours before you make a purchase. Please write us an email at eolas@eopticians.ie mentioning the products you are interested in buying, the link of the competitors and we will send you a coupon code that you can use when placing the order.

How can our products be so cheap? As a matter of fact, contact lenses, supplies, frames, sunglasses are cheap. Simply put, you have been paying far too much for many years, just to cover your old retailer's high costs. We have systematically scraped away most of our operational costs through automation, process redesign and massive purchasing volumes in order to offer you the lowest possible prices. How can you benefit of the 100% price guarantee: If within a week after you placed an order with us, you find the same product(s) on a different website in Ireland that is in stock and have a lower price than ours, you can send an email to eolas@eopticians.ie with your order number and the URL of the website where you find the lower price.

The websites need to be operating in Ireland, be properly functioning and the price needs to be the one that you see by accessing the website directly and not though Google Shopping or any price comparison website.

In the above case, after assessing the information you have provided us, we will offer a coupon code for the price difference that you can use on your next order. The amount of the coupon code will be the diffence between the price you found and sent us in the above metioned way, minus the amount you paid for the product at our store.

eOpticians reserves the right to decide on the difference and the validity of the refund.

Other conditions that apply

• A customer may use the price guarantee up to 3 times per year for contact lens, solutions, eye drops purchases, and within the limit of personal consumption.
• For sunglasses and glasses the price guarantee can be used up to 1 time per year.

4. Returns guarantee

In the case of contact lenses, solutions and eye drops, we offer a 30-days, no questions asked guarantee for all our customers. For the refunds to take place, the returned goods must be unopened, unused, the packaging must be undamaged and there should be enough shelf life left.

The right of cancellation, refund and exchange does not apply to the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items; and to the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly. We define acceptable shelf life left as 6 months or more (as long as we shipped items to you with at least 12 months' shelf life).

Returning the items is at your cost. We will then refund the original costs you paid for the items as well as shipping if you are returning an entire order. If you are returning only some but not all the items from an order, we then refund you the costs paid for the relevant items.

We initiate the refunds in 2-3 working days or less via the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

In the case of sunglasses and glasses, you can return them within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased (or last shipment if it relates to goods or multiple items pieces delivered separately).

You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request according to the instructions and forms available on our website, or by contacting us by email. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days' cancellation period has expired and ship the items to us in 5 working days thereafter.
